🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We currently do not offer refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or buyer’s remorse. Please double-check your order details before checking out.

However, we will happily offer store credit or an exchange if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect

  • You received the wrong item

🕒 Return Window

To be eligible for a store credit or exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, we cannot offer replacements or credits.

📦 Return Conditions

To complete your return or exchange, the item must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Have tags attached (if applicable)

  • Be returned in its original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

  1. Email sales@liaclothing.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

  2. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions and process your store credit or exchange once we receive the item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items or items marked final sale

  • Any worn, washed, or altered garments

🔁 Store Credit

Store credit will be issued as a digital code via email and can be used toward any future purchase at LIAClothing.com. Credits do not expire.
